N/A Ensemble’s recording of I Funerali Dell’Anarchico Serantini by Francesco Filidei will be featured on the Center for Experimental Music and Intermedia‘s Sonic Murals festival. The festival is being broadcasted on Twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/untcemi on November 6th and 7th. N/A Ensemble is on Concert 5, November 7 at 8pm.

We’re thrilled to be presenting two premieres in our first concert of 2019: A Transversal Line by Dennis Sullivan and A Forcible Expiration by Jenna Lyle. We’ll have special guests, Jenna Lyle, Anat Kardontchik, and Otavio Kavakama joining us for Jenna’s work. Both of these works have been commissioned as part of N/A Cabaret, a longterm project exploring the reverberations of the cabaret tradition in classical music.

University of Toledo New Music Festival
We’re performing on the University of Toledo’s New Music Festival! We’ll be performing works by Leah Asher, Pamela Z, Kristofer Svensson, Jesse Diener-Bennett, and Nomi Epstein.

We’re thrilled to present a concert featuring the winners of our call for scores in collaboration with Compass New Music. Congrats to the selected composers, Kristina Warren, Liz Johnson, Inti Figgis-Vizueta, and Emily Koh! We’ll be performing their music along with works by Pamela Z and Eva-Maria Houben.

Our first concert will be at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Toledo. The program includes works by Adam Kennaugh, Leah Asher, Elliot Carter, and Francesco Filidei.
